Kooinda has entered 3 beers in the 2011 Australian International Beer Awards (http://www.beerawards.com/index.asp) to be presented this Friday night, 20 May, 2011, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
In contention this year is the Kooinda Pale Ale – winner of a Bronze Medal in these same awards in 2009 & again in 2010.
The new entries are the recent Kooinda limited addition release the Kooinda Karaka (a Karaka raspberry belgian witbier) and the soon to be available for public consumption – the Kooinda Belgian Witbier (voted ‘Best Belgian’ by the ‘People’s Choice Awards’ at the 2011 Fed Square Microbreweries Showcase in March).
