This hand crafted & unfi ltered ale was the fi rst of the Kooinda beers.
A traditional American Pale Ale brewed using 3 specialty malts & two varieties of citrusy, fruity, resinous
hops.
It is beautifully balanced with an enticing hop aroma & a biscuit, caramel fi nish provided by the specialty crystal malts.
Big hops, big malt, big flavour.
